These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pic2Price (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly by Stripe. New paid plans include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
  • You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops future charges but does not refund past charges.
  • Plan usage limits (identifications and listings) reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to upload content you do not have the right to share.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service.
  • Use the Service for anything illegal or to infringe another person's rights.

Valuations are estimates

All price ranges, comps, and suggested listings are AI-generated estimates for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals and are not a guarantee of resale value. You are responsible for confirming prices before listing or selling.

Content ownership

You retain ownership of the photos and content you upload. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the Service (identification, valuation, listing generation, and storage).

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that are used for fraudulent activity. You may delete your account at any time.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pic2Price is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
