- Account info: email address and password (hashed) when you sign up.
- User content: photos you upload, notes, custom source URLs, and generated listings.
- Billing info: processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
- Usage data: counts of AI identifications and listings generated, timestamps, and error logs.
How we use your information
- Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
- Run AI identification, valuation, and listing generation on the photos and text you submit.
- Bill your subscription and prevent abuse of trial credits.
- Respond to support requests you send us.
Third-party services
We share limited data with subprocessors as needed to run the Service, including Stripe (payments), our AI providers (image analysis and text generation), and hosting infrastructure. Each subprocessor is bound by its own terms and privacy policy.
Your choices
- Update or delete your account at any time from your account page.
- Cancel your subscription from the Stripe billing portal linked in the app.
- Contact us to request a copy or deletion of your data.
Data retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g. billing records).
